How did you feel about yourself and your body?
To be honest, my life has really changed. I feel confident n so sexy!
What inspired you to change your life and begin your transformation journey?
After joining nursing school n learning about all the diseases that obesity cause, I had to change my life before trying to change someone else’s.
 
What is the greatest challenge you faced before beginning the program? How did the program and Fit Milele Challenge help you overcome that challenge?
I used to lack motivation but with all the support from fit milele I was able to get the motivation n managed to change my life
What in particular did you like about the program you chose?
The energy n motivation that the ladies in fit milele have.
 
Describe the results you achieved with your Beachbody program. Which achievements are you proud of?
 
I am proud of my general weight loss mostly from the midsection

How has your life changed since completing your Beachbody program?
I now know that anything is possible
How did participating in the Fit Milele Challenge Group help you reach your goals? How did your group support you and keep you accountable?
My fellow team members used to hold me accountable for any missed workout or poor meal selection n this helped me stay on top of the game

How did your Team Beachbody® Coach support you on your journey?
My coach was Elphine Marube. She was so encouraging and she believed in me this made me do my best in order not to disappoint her
How did a Beachbody Supplement or Nutritional Product or Program (such as Shakeology® or Beachbody Ultimate Reset®) support your transformation? What are the greatest benefits you gained? Did you see benefits to your energy, sleep, mood/mental clarity, digestion/regularity?
I used to take my shakeology after my evening workout this used to help me get a good sleep n avoid a dull stomach at bedtime
If you could motivate one person right now to begin their journey to health and fitness, what would you tell him or her?
The time is right now if I did it, you can do it
