What in particular did you like about the program you chose?
The fact that it challenged me to push myself from my comfort zone. Insanity in particular has made me realize that I had become comfortable with basic workout that the thought of getting to do a moving plank was not possible. Now I believe nothing is impossible 😊
21 day fix extreme was the becoming of me learning to control my portions. That being my greatest challenge, I got to understand that I could still eat some of my favorite meals but in controlled portions. This is something that I have chosen to adopt as a lifestyle.
Describe the results you achieved with your Beachbody program. Which achievements are you proud of?
My endurance in my workouts has improved .
My body has really tonned
How has your life changed since completing your Beachbody program?
Am more energetic postive minded and I get to sleep even better. My self esteem has short up too, I didn’t realize it until when I started seeing the results that got me putting on pants I hadn’t worn in a long time.
How did participating in the Fit Milele Challenge Group help you reach your goals? How did your group support you and keep you accountable?
They became my accountability family. They were the people who kept me motivated and on my toes. There days you wake up and not want to push play but you see a picture of a member and you get the motivation.
How did your Fit Milele Coach support you on your journey?
She took the time to advise me on how to control my portions. Break the plateau that I had experienced and also on what workout to incorporate.
