Steps To Starting Your Journey
I start all my clients with FITNESS 101 which involves 21 days of dialed nutrition and 30 minutes workouts. Let’s find your perfect program HERE.
Based on the program chosen, some of the items needed for the basic program are: dumbbells, workout mat, court training shoes, meal prep containers just to mention but a few.
This is where all the action takes place. I give you day to day directions on how to effectively hit your goals within the first 21 days.
Together, we will come up with a plan of action to attack your fitness plan. I am a strong believer of writing the vision down and making it plain. This way, down the line, it will be easy for us to find out the areas you’re doing very well at and those that you aren’t.
You will start working out following the program calendar, eating right per the program nutrition guide, checking in with me every Sunday with your progress and working on breaking or forming a habit in the first 21 days. I gave you a 12 week regimen that will see you a couple of dresses down by week 12.
After all the hardwork and pushing for amazing results, we set aside one day at the end of our challenge to showcase all the transformations. We call this ‘The Reveal Party”.
