The plan comes in two phases:

Phase 1 of your transformation is designed to cleanse your body, shredding pounds and getting rid of sugar and carbohydrate cravings. We will also introduce cardio in this phase.

  • You’ll get a complete eating plan, workouts and instructions for this phase.
  • Once you submit your pictures after week 1, we proceed to phase 2.
  • PS: Knowledge of this Phase will help you down the line when you want to bounce back and shred the belly fat or gained weight faster. Life happens.

Phase 2 introduces whole foods back into your diet and new workouts that will aid in the definition of your entire body. This phase will continue for the duration of your transformation.

  • You’ll get a complete eating plan, workouts and instructions for this phase.
  • Every week, you’ll be required to check in and submit your updated stats on Sunday.

What’s provided:

  1. 7 Day body cleanse regimen (to cleanse your liver, remove toxins and get you all ready for your regimen)
  2. Complete GYM workouts with intense HIIT to totally kill the fat in the most stubbon places e.g lower belly, back, arms, legs etc. You also get some home workouts to nail on those days that you cannot make it to the GYM.
  3. A meal guide with specified nutritional plan for you! I will help you learn how to meal prep which truly is a key aspect of the success you will achieve during your Transformation! I will tell you when it’s time to make adjustments.
  4. Access to FM SHRED 30 Support Group to get encouragement from other members of the team.
  5. 1:1 Access to me as your Coach to provide you with a wealth of knowledge I’ve gathered over the years to get results FAST. No more guess work!
  6. Weekly check ins and tutorials to live a healthy fulfilling life for the rest of your life.

If you have a substantial amount of weight to lose, we suggest getting a plan for a longer amout of time. This will ensure that you have my help in getting you to a place that is comfortable for you.

2. Can I still do the plan if I have a past "injury"?

4. Will I be training with Doreen personally?

No. We deliver customized plans for you to follow at home or at the gym.

7. Do I have to have a gym in order to be successful during my transformation?

No. Our plans are flexible and customized to each member permitting for workouts that can be performed in various settings and alternative environments.

8. Do we help international clients?

Absolutely! We have quite a few members scattered across the globe. No matter where you are located if you have access to your email account we can work with you to provide the proper training and instruction you need to successfully achieve your transformation.

9. I do not have a traditional work schedule or in a conventional job setting, will this program work for me?

Many of our members have different circumstances and work in all kinds of job fields and achieve great results by applying our principles with great effort. We give you the tools you need to see results.

10. I'm small and would like to gain weight/put on muscle, do you offer plans to help put on size and weight?
