Tell us about your life before you started the program. How did you feel about yourself and your body?
I was not confident, always stressing about my belly fat

What inspired you to change your life and begin your transformation journey?
I personally wanted to have a beautiful body and living health was the choice. But I was inspired more by my cousin who had lost too much weight. She’s the one who introduced me to Fit Milele.

What is the greatest challenge you faced before beginning the program? How did the program and Fit Milele Challenge help you overcome that challenge?

Working out is the biggest challenge to most of us especially when you’re not ready to loose weight. You have to be ready and of course it has to come from your heart because we’ll know it’s easier to be said than to be done. Fit milele challenge is like a family where you see motivation everybody sweating and achieving results and this keeps you going because we all know why we started.

August 2016 when Janet’s journey started. With no knowledge of the transformation that was about to happen.

What in particular did you like about the program you chose?
I love everything about my 21 days fix because it makes you push harder… watching Autumn say I’m gonna thank her later makes me go even harder. The eating plan that comes with the program and the training we get in the Fit Milele group on how to eat right has helped me to maintain the results since starting the challenge last year to date.

Describe the results you achieved with your program. Which achievements are you proud of?
I’m so proud of me right now because having 3 kids with c-section is not easier.

  • My burst went from size 36 to 32 bra,
  • Pants from size 8 to 5 stretch
  • My waist from 41 to 30 I know I still need 3 inches down. But I feel great. Especially when everyone around notice all the changes in me.

How has your life changed since completing your program?
My eating has completely changed.. I’m very careful when it comes to what I’m eating working out has became a part of me.. I’m still on this journey for life.

How did participating in the Fit Milele Challenge Group help you reach your goals? How did your group support you and keep you accountable?
I just love fit milele they’ve been a big help all through my journey. The reason why is because the motivation you get from everyone makes you go harder. I love my fit family!! I couldn’t do it without them.

How did your Coach support you on your journey?
No words to express because Doreen Sélly is an amazing Coach she was always there when I needed her she helped push harder even when I wanted to give up. You really can’t go wrong with her much love to you Doreen Sélly 😘😘😘

How did Shakeology support your transformation? What are the greatest benefits you gained? Did you see benefits to your energy, sleep, mood/mental clarity, digestion/regularity? (pass if you didn’t use any of these)

I love my supplement oh omg…. it tastes great and cuts down all the craving everytime I don’t drink I know for sure there’s something that I’m missing!

I used to get so tired ,,I couldn’t wear anything I want and could breath so heavy I wasn’t comfortable in my body at all

What inspired you to change your life and begin your transformation journey?

When I saw a muffin top in my clothes and my niece was auntie Winnie u are getting big ,,that was a wake up call for me.

What is the greatest challenge you faced before beginning the program? How did the program and Fit Milele Challenge help you overcome that challenge?

For me it was the portions and the healthy food ,,I love eating and the fact that I can eat healthy foods every 3-4 hours and still loose wait mm can’t go wrong with that ,,I have an amazing coach Doreen very encouraging and supportive she pushes u to the limits that I didn’t know I can reach and the amazing team they are very encouraging

What in particular did you like about the program you chose?

That I don’t have to guess what to eat I prep my meals way earlier and that I can workout 30 mins a day at the comfort of my living room.

Describe the results you achieved with your Beachbody program. Which achievements are you proud of?

That I can fit in a size 8 dress and other dresses I can for a size 6 ,,,I can breath well ,,I can walk without getting tired

How has your life changed since completing your Beachbody program?

My food choices are healthy ,,I can participate in activities that I like ,,I can play with my niece and I have encouraged my family too to participate in healthy eating.

Having an amazing coach and a good team definitely worked for me ,,and posting my sweaty pics everyday

Shakeology did it for me ,,it sure feels like a cheat meal but with all the nutritious benefits ,,I can sleep good and my skin is waaaoooh glowing I don’t have black spots anymore on my face.

My BMI was at 28 wen I started its at 24 now

What in particular did you like about the program you chose?
The fact that it challenged me to push myself from my comfort zone. Insanity in particular has made me realize that I had become comfortable with basic workout that the thought of getting to do a moving plank was not possible.  Now I believe nothing is impossible  😊
21 day fix extreme was the becoming of me learning to control my portions. That being my greatest challenge, I got to understand that I could still eat some of my favorite meals but in controlled portions. This is something that I have chosen to adopt as a lifestyle.

They became my accountability family. They were the people who kept me motivated and on my toes. There days you wake up and not want to push play but you see a picture of a member and you get the motivation.

My baby is my everything ,he sure is and a mommas boy too. Not sure where I Would be without him.

Life has been a real hard struggle for me throughout high school and it was difficult for me to focus and keep my grades up in some areas because of my depression and anxiety disorders. It got so bad and I didn’t wanna go anywhere or do anything.

I was bullied a lot in high school. I was always the “odd” one or the “weird” one I guess I Should say. I always felt left out and I really just felt like I was somebody “Different” but in a not so good way.

Tell us about your life before you started the program. How did you feel about yourself and your body?
My life was one boring and sulky. I gained weight right after my first pregnacy then it accumulated as i progressed and gave birth to 2 more boys. This affected my self esteem and extremely lowered my confidence level. I started experiencing health related issues like severe migraines, sleep apneas, Knee aches, Leg aches, back aches, Panting, a lot of snoring and all sorts of discomfort. I was unable to mingle well and could even decline attendance for social events

What inspired you to change your life and begin your transformation journey?

I reached the rock bottom when my eldest son as me innocently, ‘Mum, your stomach is too big! Is there another baby inside? and please when you go to hospital, kindly bring me a sister because i now have enough brothers.’ and he kept on asking….’ Mum why are you so big? is it because you eat a lot of food? so, if i eat a lot of food will i be big like you? i dont want to be very big, so i wont eat a lot.’ I was tongue tied. This is when i decided that enough was enough.

What is the greatest challenge you faced before beginning the program? How did the program and Fit Milele Challenge help you overcome that challenge?

Doing away with Bread was my biggest challenge. Bread used to be my best friend and my comfort when i am stressed. I even used to eat 6 family pack sizes in a sitting! The program helped me on watching my portion servings as well as eating healthy and based on my calorie bracket.

What in particular did you like about the program you chose?
1. The different containers helped me on portion control 2. The work out CDs were well organise with different work outs on a daily basis that target each and every part of the body including my face. ( I had to change my specs since they were too big and couldnt fit anymore. LOL ) 3. Daily workout and meals accountabilities kept me on toes 4. Meeting friends virtually who became part me served as a great motivation 5. And one no non-sense coach called DOREEN SELLY who will follow my whereabouts even if i disapperaed from the group for even 8 hours! (LOL)

Describe the results you achieved with your Beachbody program. Which achievements are you proud of?

The results are 99.9% – I am still working on my abs I lost a total of almost 70 lbs and almost 50 inches. I now look prettier and happier. I can rock on those short dresses and high hills. And by the way my skin is flawless. (LOL)

DOREEN SELLY used to follow my whereabouts even if i disapperaed from the group for even 8 hours! (LOL). She could even call to find out how i was fairing and was always prompt in responding to any of my queries or concerns

If you could motivate one person right now to begin their journey to health and fitness, what would you tell him or her?

1. Motivation is what gets you started. Habit is what keeps you going. 2. When a goal matters to a person, that person will find a way to accompllish what at first seemed impossible 3. Energy is the essence of life. You decide how you are going to use it by knowing what it takes to reach that goal and by maintaining focus 4. This is no time for ease and comfort. It is the time to dare and endure 5. It’s not about how to achieve your dreams, it’s about how to lead your life, If you lead your life the right way,the dreams will come to you
