Phase 1 of your transformation is designed to cleanse your body, shredding pounds and getting rid of sugar and carbohydrates cravings. We will also introduce cardio in this phase.
Phase 2 introduces whole foods back into your diet and new workouts that will aid in the definition of your entire body. This phase will continue for the duration of your transformation.
